Polatlı / Ankara Prefabricated Beams and Prefabricated Manufacturing Plant
Ankara - İstanbul Railway High Speed Train Project is required to produce prefabricated beams and other prefabricated concrete elements and to provide ready-mixed concrete sales on 120 acres of land in Polatlı Organize Sanayi Bölgesi.
All kinds of prefabricated concrete elements and ready mixed concrete sales can be made in Ankara, Eskisehir and surrounding areas. Our facility is totally one of the most modern facilities in our country with new machinery and production park. Since advanced technology is used, production is possible even at -30 ° C. The establishment activities of our facility were completed in 2006. Our facility, which has 2 concrete plants, has lost its capacity due to its high capacity. In the production list, there are preformed, unguessed beams, sale of ready mixed concrete, manufacture of prefabricated industrial structures, all kinds of infrastructure, superstructure and landscaping elements and special order prefabricated concrete elements. Some features of our facility can be listed as follows;
- 22.000 m² closed area,
- 2 concrete batching plants capable of producing at -30 ° C, 1 unit 120m³ / h, 1 unit 60m³ / hour (mobile)
- 6 units of 40 tons, 2 units of 10 tons of portal and ceiling vinci,
- 2 steam power plants with 2500m³ / h capacity,
- 4 generators, 90 kw, 150 kw, 300 kw,
- 2 prestressing systems established by German company Paul,
- High precast production capacity; 400m³ / day,
- CAT 950 loader loader, JCB and 5 tonnes forklift,
- Fully equipped laboratory for ready mixed concrete and precast,
- Infrastructure system available, bed capacity of 600, social areas and dining hall.
